Trixy is a family of compact, recessed architectural downlightsfeaturing a highly efficiency Ra90 light source and high efficiency optics. Easily customisable with a variety of performance, form and finish options, the Trixy is a perfect solution for design led downlight applications.
- Available in 4 ceiling cutout sizes (44mm, 68mm, 91mm, 121mm)
- Lumen output range from 350lm up to 3500lm
- CRI 90 as standard
- Narrow, medium and wide beam angles with optional elliptical and asymmetric accessories
- Trim and trimless bezel options
- Available in 2700K, 3000K and 4000K
- Can be specified with fixed output or DALI driver
Thermal Optimisation
The bespoke designed heatsinks incorporate a unique, fluted form that is a common aesthetic
throughout the Trixy family. Designed for thermal efficiency, this
feature increases surface area maximising the cooling of the LED while minimising the overall
height of the downlights. The heatsink can be quickly removed to allow interchanging of optics
or for easy access to the LED for future re-manufacturing.
Trimless Detailing
All variants within the Trixy family can be supplied with a plaster in,
trimless bezel providing a seamless flush fitting with the ceiling. The unique, ball snap
mounting mechanism allows for a quick, toolless installation and simple removal should the
downlight need to be upgraded in the future. 3D printed parts feature in the assembly further
supporting the drive for improved sustainability.
Targeted Performance
The Trixy family of downlights has been engineered to provide
excellent quality of light while maintaining a high level of efficiency for this category of
luminaire. Ra90 is offered as standard to ensure a high level of light quality while highly efficient
TIR lenses are offered to provide a highly desirable lit effect and level of customisation.
Ease of Customisation
Utilising a common optic platform across all variants of the Trixy
family, the designer is provided with a versatile lighting tool enabling the downlights to be easily
tailored to each project. From narrow beam to wide, asymmetric, oval and more, a wide variety
of optical characteristics can be achieved from one product ensuring ease of customisation.
