The private residence lighting project in Burj Khalifa is designed to create a warm and cozy atmosphere while integrating smart, energy-efficient solutions. The lighting scheme primarily consists of DALI-controlled recessed LED downlights and linear strip lighting, ensuring flexibility and customization. The downlights, installed across the living room, bedrooms, corridors, and bathrooms, provide ambient illumination with 2700K-3000K warm white color temperature and dimmable functionality for different moods. These downlights are low-glare and offer adjustable beam angles, ensuring uniform light distribution without discomfort.

To enhance the architectural elements, linear LED strip lights are strategically placed for accent lighting. Hidden cove lighting along ceilings creates an indirect glow, under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen provides functional task lighting, and wardrobe and vanity lighting adds a touch of luxury. Additionally, recessed floor lighting is used for subtle pathway guidance. These LED strips are DALI-compatible, and set to a color of 3000K, and boast a CRI >90 for superior color accuracy.
